creating dialogue

one wonders why we care to help the agencies that help those who have fallen through the cracks...because the work is tiresome if it isn;t democratic...agencies are in a strategic position (the community) for stimulating democratic work environments. Let's talk.

  3. Problem: community agencies that service the recently incarcerated can lower recidivism rates by engaging agency and community in common dialogue about the "issue" as seen from both sides and the obstacles to service and success.

To help build communities and maintain the "culture" of that community in the process.
Agencies in communities are offering services based on a bureaucratic model that can include the culture of the community that they serve.
